These silver plated Oval Open Jump Rings are a type of jump ring that has an oval shape rather than a circular one. Oval Jump Rings are commonly used in jewellery making and other crafts, especially when attaching two components together where a circular jump ring would not fit or be secure enough. This Oval Jump Ring is open meaning that it has not been soldered shut, allowing it to be opened and closed easily.
As these oval jump rings are made of Plated metal, where a fine layer of silver has been bonded onto the brass base metal, over time and with excess use this layer may eventually wear away. All our plated metal findings are compliant with EU REACH regulations.
