We are continually trying to improve your shopping experience with Bluestreak Crystals and as such we have just enabled Live Chat on our new website. This means that should you have any queries or need any help or advise between 9am and 5pm (Monday to Friday) you will be able to start a live chat with one of the team at Bluestreak Crystals and get an immediate response!
If for some reason we are busy with another customer and don't respond to your live message, you will be able to submit your contact details and someone will come back to you as soon as possible. The same applies outside of standard office hours 9am-5pm (Monday to Friday), leave your details and query and someone will contact you first thing the next working day.
To start a Live Chat with one of the team at Bluestreak Crystals, look at the bottom right-hand corner of our website and if you see the image below we are 'Online' and ready to chat:
Click on the great bar and the Live Chat window will open (as per image below), this is where you can type in your message and start a Live Chat with the team:
